Melanie saw my Chester lamp in the Financial Times last year and made a note to get in touch. She loved the combination of heavy wools and hand turned solid Walnut for her traditional drawing room in her Victorian family home. She wondered if I could make it in a slightly smaller size that worked a little better with her space. I was delighted to do so!
Panels of tweed, herringbone and checked wool are hand stitched to the inside of this frame to form an elegant, trimless shade. The base is hand turned in warm, solid Walnut to compliment the neutral tones.
